Meet Maine Uy-Jainani

She sits at the intersection of luxury, culture, and entrepreneurship. Advising businesses on how to evolve beyond growth and into lasting legacies.

Luxury is not about excess.

My work is grounded in the belief that luxury is not about excess.

It is all about discernment. What is considered and what is refused.

I approach business through lived experience. Translating what is seen, felt, and understood into business decisions.

Over the years, I've learned that not everything is meant for scaling. And that only a few select things are meant to endure.

I began as a serial operator — building brands, convening communities, testing various concepts, and scaling multiple businesses.

Over time, my work evolved. Not out of necessity, but through recognition that rapid growth was no longer the pursuit.

I came to a realisation that those who last are those who build with care and intention. And rarely do they make the most noise.

Today, I became more selective, shaping only those who are true, guided by observation, pattern recognition, and lived experience.

A newfound position.

From theory to practice

In 2023, I earned my Master’s Degree in Luxury Business at Sotheby’s Institute of Art London with Distinction.

My work is selective. No longer driven by fast pace, but by precision. Built steadily with care and intention only for what is meant to endure.
