IN 2013, AT THE YOUNG AGE OF 18, MAINE STARTED OUT HER ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY DESIGNING SIGNATURE IDENTITIES FOR BRANDS.

Hailing from a Filipino-Chinese Family of Merchants, Maine’s entrepreneurial visions and values are reflections of her roots and heritage, engaging in practices with trust, honesty, loyalty, and genuine intentions.

  • Maine believes that more than anything else, business is an energy exchange between two beings. And the products goes beyond the goods and services, but must be rooted in genuine intentions.

  • Through the years, the best works that Maine produced are those that are inspired by life experiences. And while the imagery is easily replicated, inspired outputs originate from true-to-life stories that one can only gauge by the pureness and rawness of human emotions.

  • With her impressive academic and research background, Maine’s practices involve an honest creation of works produced from the ground up. And if she’s inspired, she gives credit where credit is due.

  • After leaving Manila, Maine saw a different type of success. The one that is discreet and humble and often practised by those people who already made it in life.

Maine Uy is first a Creative, a Strategist, an Experientialist, and now a Luxury Business Specialist focused on luxury strategy applications and the business of Private Members’ Clubs.

Since 2013, Maine produced thoughtful brand identities for personalities and businesses through her maiden and now defunct company - The Maine Concept Creative Agency.

With a background in Advertising, Branding and various design disciplines such as Interior Design, Fashion Design, and the overall Management of Luxury Brands, Maine became a tasteful force in upscale businesses. Paving her way to work with aspirational brands such as Laura Mercier Paris, Ayala Malls, World Vision, Common Ground, and more

In 2020, Maine established The SHEeo Society. Through her honesty and brevity, Maine empowered her fellow women in business to embrace their authentic selves, find power in their emotions, and leverage this aspect to gain confidence in finally launching a business of their own.

Maine spends her time between London and Manila applying theories to practice through her higher education in MA Luxury Business with Sotheby’s Institute of Art.

2016 – established vagabonds artisan comfort food

2018 – founded soigne society design atelier

2019 – SOFA DESIGN INSTITUTE • INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO & FASHION PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & THE ICE FAD • RETAIL & MERCHANDISING + FASHION DESIGN & founded the sheEO SOCIETY

2020 –  WINES & SPIRITS TRUST • CERTIFICATION ON WINES LEVEL 1
