Meet Maine Uy-Jainani

She sits at the intersection of luxury, culture, and proprietorship. Advising businesses on how to evolve beyond growth and into lasting legacies.

Luxury is not about excess.

My work is grounded in the belief that luxury is not about excess.

It is all about discernment. What is considered and what is refused.

I approach business through lived experience. Translating what is seen, felt, and understood into decisions that shape what a business becomes.

Over the years, I've learned that not everything is meant to scale, and only a few things are meant to endure.

I began as an operator — building, scaling, and moving across multiple ventures.

Over time, my work shifted. Not out of necessity, but through recognition that rapid growth alone was no longer the pursuit.

I came to recognise that those who last, build with care and intention.

Today, my work is more selective, guided by observation, pattern recognition, and lived experience.

A newfound position.

From theory to practice

In 2023, I earned my Master’s Degree in Luxury Business at Sotheby’s Institute of Art London with Distinction. Grounded in both lived experience and formal studies.

My work is selective. No longer driven by pace, but by precision, care, and what is meant to endure.

This is not about building more. It is about building with discernment.
